Scotch Shortbread   (The Easiest Recipe)  jw

2 cups Flour
1 3/4 Cups of Butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar

Mix Butter, sugar and salt with mixer.   Add flour.  It should be in the consistency of small peas.
Roll 1/2 thick on cookie sheet and cut into 1" x 2" squares.  Separate them.

Cook for 25 min @ 350   if you are at 5000ft elevation.  Or 20 minutes if lower elevation.
